I love all the photos of the macarons. Plus the detailed instructions were very helpful. I would have given 5 Stars if not for an error in the lemon macaron recipe (called for 1 egg white but apparently needed 2.) There is also the issue of switching between standard and metric measurements for some of the recipes. Still would recommend!

This book has an excellent array of recipes. They are conveniently organized into types for seasonal, fruity, specialty, etc. What I’d like to see is a “tips” section added where there are some specific tips and tricks offered to help people know when things are ready. For example, how can you “tell” the cookies are done but not burnt? How do you know your whites are the right consistency? How should you pipe? What if your cookie sticks? There are a lot of strategies that could be shared to make this more than just a collection of recipes. I did notice some typos, and a shift between measurement units... careful. Otherwise- I really like these recipes and will be trying some out!

Very easy to follow Macaron recipes. Highly recommended.

I received this book for Christmas and have had a terrible time trying to make the recipes. The first recipe told me to whisk the dry ingredients into the egg mix and then in the very next step it told me to gently fold the dry ingredients into the egg mix. It did not turn out well. The second recipe I tried was going better (I watched some videos with tips online) but then I burnt the whole batch, I think the temperature or time was off. I tried the second recipe again and cooked the batch 10 minutes instead of the listed 14-15. The book doesn't give any info on how to know when they are done, just a temp and cook time for the recipe. They turned out better but still not as expected and nothing close to what's pictured. The book doesn't really have any tips or instructions to help you know if something is done right or how to avoid common mistakes. The instructions are minimal and virtually identical for most recipes. I would not recommend this book.

Would have liked to know how to tell when macaron is done. Why the change from cups to grams why some need to set for 30 minutes some for 60 . A little more information and direction would have been helpful. The filling for the raspberry ones didn't match picture. I plan to give them a try during the holidays.

Received this book for Christmas. Some of the recipes change from grams to cups in the same recipe. This could not have been written by anyone that actually bakes. I can only assume that it was a collection of recipes someone copied from the internet. Save your money.

My daughter received this cookbook for Christmas, and the instructions are very poorly written. There isn't enough information, and in the only recipe we tried powdered sugar was not listed in the ingredients at all but in the directions it says to mix the powdered sugar. Lots of error like this throughout. How did this get published?

This book is so easy to follow directions. Has all the important recipes to create the perfect Macaron. The secret to creating the perfect Macaron is not to under mix or over mix. I use the figure 8 method, when your batter can make a figure 8 with out breaking a part. STOP MIXING. Thank you Martha Stewart.
